01About

I'm a software engineer who has spent the last eight years making mobile teams faster and safer — architecting test frameworks, leading SDET teams of up to ten, and managing releases for products used by millions. Most recently I was a Senior Staff Software Engineer at ServiceTitan, where I led mobile quality across four iOS and Android apps.

I work at the edge of what's practical with AI tooling: I drove my team's adoption of Claude Code with custom skills for test creation, an MCP server for closed-loop iteration, continuous bug triage, and dynamic executive reporting. I believe the next generation of quality engineering is humans directing fleets of well-instrumented agents — and I've been building that way since it became possible.

Outside of work I ship products end-to-end: seven App Store apps since 2013, one of them grossing over $100K — design, development, backend, and support, all on my own.

ServiceTitan

Senior Staff Software Engineer, Test (Mobile)

May 2023 – June 2026

  • Led the mobile quality team — automated + manual, iOS + Android — scaling it from 4 to 10 engineers
  • Spearheaded adoption of Claude Code workflows: local skills for test creation, an MCP server for closed-loop iteration, continuous bug triage, and dynamic reports for executive visibility
  • Drove the shift from black-box UI testing to white-box headless tests running beneath the UI layer
  • Managed releases for four mobile apps, coordinating against multiple backend service timelines

SiriusXM | Pandora

Staff Software Engineer, Android SDET & Dev Experience

Feb 2022 – Mar 2023

  • Led a team of 5–7 SDETs; interviewed and mentored apprentices, contractors, and new hires
  • Developed a framework for native testing of Android Automotive OS (AAOS) applications
  • Migrated CI from Jenkins to GitHub Actions

Senior Software Engineer, Android Automation

Feb 2020 – Feb 2022

  • Architected a novel testing model (the “AOV” framework), later adopted by adjacent teams
  • Built a Gherkin “grammar” system that cut duplication across BDD test definitions
  • Adapted test infrastructure to handle Compose-based and View-based UI dynamically

  • Oversaw a major product launch, providing key insights to management during rollout
  • Expanded coverage into new areas: longevity testing and network profiling

  • Overhauled the automated testing approach for SiriusXM's Android app
  • Led a team of 3 engineers automating hundreds of user stories in 4 months

  • Won a $16,000 innovation design contest at the University of Arkansas — as undergrads, beating out graduate-level teams
